Windows: The system configuration may have been corrupted or over-written. In Windows 3.1x, NT 3.5x, use Associate from the File menu of the File manager to associate Across Lite program with the .PUZ extension. In Windows 98, 95, NT 4.0, configure Open With in the Explorer to associate Across Lite program with .PUZ files.
MacOS: The puzzle may have been downloaded from the Internet and may not have the right FileType signature for the finder to use Across Lite for that file. Or alternatively, the finder database in early 7.x systems may not have been updated after downloading Across Lite. Force the recreation of the Finder database on the next boot-up.Copyright 1996 Literate Software Systems. All rights reserved.
