How To: Customize Fonts

When the Fonts tab is selected in the Options Dialog box, the following pane is presented to choose font preferences. You will need to designate fonts for one item at a time by following the 4 steps. The steps are described below the picture.

Step 1

Select whether you wish to choose a font for displaying on the computer or for printing.

Step 2

Select whether you wish to choose a font for the letters displayed in the crossword grid, for the clues or for the crossword legends (Title/Copyright/Author)

Step 3

Select a font for the above selected item using the dropdown font list. Each font will be listed with its name written in its own font style. The list of fonts displayed depends on the fonts installed on your computer. Only the style of the font can be selected, not the size of the font.

Step 4

Click on Apply to affect the change. The font will be remembered for current and future uses of the program.
